The Heggerty Phonemic Awareness Curriculum

Grade 1 is working on their phonemic awareness. Each morning we start our day with a program called Heggerty. We rhyme, isolate sounds, segment and blend, as well as substitute and add sounds. It's a quick activity, but so beneficial! It helps us with our reading, spelling and overall language awareness.
