We’ve been taught to treat deficiencies like math problems. Low number in a lab? Add the missing thing. But biology doesn’t work in isolation. Most people who come to my work aren’t short on supplements - they’re short on cellular capacity. Their membranes can’t transport efficiently. Their mitochondria don’t have the energy to move nutrients. Their tissues lack flow. So the body asks for more… and more… and more while nothing actually changes. This is why chasing deficiencies becomes exhausting
