New 'Stranger Things' theory emerges amid disappointment over final season — Divorce Gate
The theory centers on the idea that the brilliant writing present in the first four seasons was largely the work of Ross Duffer's ex-wife, Leigh Janiak. Janiak is an American screenwriter and director, as well as the creator of the Fear Street franchise. The pair were together from December 2015 to February 2024.
Stranger Things 5 had 237 days of filming and 6,725 setups. The main unit alone captured 630 hours of footage occupying a petabyte (1,000 terabytes) of data. Imagine storing that in 1987.
The doc, called One Last Adventure: The Making of Stranger Things 5, included behind-the-scenes clips of creators, executive producers and writers, Ross and Matt Duffer, joined by the other writers in the team as they debated exactly how their treasured 80s show should come to an end.
