Pepsi has pulled out of sponsoring an upcoming music festival in London amid growing backlash over the involvement of Ye, the controversial rapper formerly known as Kanye West.

After serving as the main sponsor for London's Wireless Festival for more than a decade, Pepsi is pulling its support for the event amid backlash over its headliner, Ye.

Starmer said it was “deeply concerning” that the musician, also known as Ye, has been booked to headline Wireless Festival at Finsbury Park, north London, for three nights in July.
