There is no way to permanently disable chat to my knowledge, if you are worried about the communities he interacts with online maybe talk to him about it and watch how he communicates. I was trying to turn off the profanity filter on Realms but I am unable to. I use a Microsoft account that my little brother used to use, so the birthdate was under 18. However, changing the birthdate on the Microsoft site to the year 2000 didn’t change anything on minecraft.com. The profanity filter switch is still gray and can not be interacted with. Can anyone help me with this?

So I know that you can do /gamerule commandBlockOutput false to stop command block commands from showing up in chat, but I want player commands to not show up in chat. I have a plugin that creates a fake player [Citizens] and you can make the 'player' execute commands when someone clicks on it.
